"We are incredibly excited to add a key market like Charlotte to our expanding branch network," said David Crowell, Southeast Regional Manager for Mortgage Network. "Ray is a great choice to head the office. He and his team are ready to help individuals in the area better understand their home financing options, whether they are buying a home or refinancing one."

Patterson has lived in Charlotte since 1991 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

"Charlotte was recently named the fourth hottest housing market in the country by Zillow and number seven by Realtor.com," Patterson said. "While that's certainly great news, it also creates challenges for prospective homebuyers, especially for those looking to buy their first home. That's why it's really important for people to come and talk to us before they even go home shopping. Getting preapproved for a mortgage and knowing how much home you can afford is the best way to be successful in buying the home you want."
