NTC Builds PR Team

Jul 16, 2018
Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) has appointed Michael O'Connell, chief operations officer (COO), to the company’s board of directors

Nationwide Title Clearing Inc. (NTC) has hired three diverse consultants and PR professionals to manage each unique component of their business. The team includes political consultant David Jolly, national PR organization Seven Marketing + PR, and financial communications group RGA Public Relations.

"It's been a successful rule of thumb that when you think you're doing enough to help others, triple it. These partnerships bring a drastic expansion of our outreach activities, and the focus, dedication and professionalism that we've desired for years," said NTC Chief Executive Officer John Hillman. "Along with our expanded Marketing Department, they truly are a Dream Team."

Jolly joins NTC to assist with navigating the increasingly complex role that government plays in the finance industry and to spread awareness about NTC's work and services. Jolly served as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 13th Congressional District from 2014-2017, is a regular political commentator on CNN and MSNBC.

"John Hillman and the team at NTC are trusted partners to many of the nation's largest banks and to homeowners across the nation as they protect millions of real estate transactions against fraud or error,” said Jolly. “It's one of Florida's great companies and I'm excited to support the NTC team as they expand brand awareness and continue their long history of giving back to their community through philanthropy.”

To gain more national exposure, NTC brought on strategic marketing, branding, public relations, and social media agency Seven Marketing + PR. The Tampa-based agency blends traditional PR with social media and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and gain publicity. Their clients have been featured on FOX News, ABC News, NBC News, Daytime, The Huffington Post, and more.

"NTC is doing extraordinary things in the community, and we're looking forward to helping spread the word about their amazing initiatives," said Seven Marketing + PR Chief Executive Officer Carolynn Smith. "We'll make sure that people in Florida as well as across the country can recognize the great work that NTC does in the financial services industry as well as in their community."

To round out their diverse and strategic outreach team, NTC is working with RGA Public Relations (RGA). Specializing in financial communications, RGA brings years of industry experience to the team. RGA President and Founder Rick Grant has been writing about financial services since 1997 and will use that experience to effectively share industry-relevant stories and news about NTC across a variety of publications and platforms.

"My agency was built to help thought leaders share what they know and very few executives in our industry know as much about the complications that can impact the chain of title as the professionals at NTC,” said Grant. “Their training department is second to none and they are learning and teaching all the time. They are like the professional athletes of the financial services industry and I look forward to telling their stories and helping them share what they know for years to come.”
