Waterstone Opens New Branch in Libertyville, Ill.

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has named Richard Tobias as controller at its Pewaukee, Wis.-based corporate office

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has announced the opening of a new office in Libertyville, Ill. Led by Branch Managers Joe Amato and Joe Spisak, the branch will offer a selection of mortgage loan solutions for homebuyers.
 
“We are excited to offer a full product menu, including FHA, VA, conventional, single loan close construction, medical professional, jumbo, and portfolio loan options–as well as downpayment assistance programs–to homebuyers in our area,” said Amato, who has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.
 
Spisak said, “Libertyville is a very well-established Chicago suburb in beautiful Lake County. As a growing, thriving community, this is a perfect place to establish our presence and serve our referral partners and clients throughout the Chicago metro area.”
 
Also joining the new Waterstone Mortgage branch are Loan Originators Karen Frye, Nick Larson and Brian Kucharski, as well as Loan Partner Kayla Marien.
 
“The Libertyville team is highly motivated, and is focused on serving their customers to the best of their ability–which is why we knew they were a perfect fit for Waterstone Mortgage,” said Waterstone Mortgage President A.W.
