Old Republic Title Acquires the San Antonio Division of Trinity Title of Texas

Jeffrey A. Tischler has joined Old Republic Title as Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), Technology Solutions

Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has purchased the operating assets of the San Antonio division of Trinity Title of Texas LLC.
 
Established in 2009 as a partnership with ET Investments, the San Antonio division of Trinity Title of Texas is a title insurance agency that researches title for real property and handles real estate closing transactions in Texas. A long-standing, successful agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Trinity Title's San Antonio division is recognized for its exceptional customer service and strong market share. It has been named by San Antonio Express News as one of the "Top Workplaces" in San Antonio for the past eight years.
 
Trinity Title of Texas San Antonio division is in the process of rebranding and changing its name to Old Republic Title.
 
"There will be no changes in current leadership or existing personnel, so customers, Realtors and lenders will continue to work with the same dedicated staff from Trinity," said Mark A.
