Movement Mortgage Adds Ben Green to Lead Western U.S. LO Recruitment

Movement Mortgage has announced that Business Development Manager Ben Green has joined the company to lead Loan Officer recruiting in the Western U.S. Green brings 15 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, sales and marketing to the role.

“We’re extremely excited Ben has joined us and will be leading our company’s future growth west of the Mississippi,” says Matt Hill, Director of Talent Acquisition at Movement Mortgage.

Green will lead Movement’s business development team, covering 23 states across the western half of the U.S.

“Movement offers mortgage professionals such a unique combination of positive energy, incredible people and the systems and processes needed to achieve their goals and dreams,” Green said. “As we grow and develop together, care for each other, and strengthen our partnerships, we have the opportunity to make Movement Mortgage a household name in every major market west of the Mississippi.”
