United Northern Achieves Elite Freddie Mac Approved Seller/Services Status

Oct 18, 2018

United Northern Mortgage Bankers Limited has announced that it has achieved the Elite designation of Freddie Mac Approved Seller/Services. This designation places United Northern Mortgage Bankers in a highly select category which approximately only 800 other banks enjoy.

“The addition of Freddie Mac will allow us access to effective technology and even more affordable lending programs for our Mortgage Loan Originators to offer their clients,” said Don Giorgio, Chief Executive Officer/President, United Northern Mortgage Bankers.

This recent agency approval solidifies United Northern as a leader in its market, and one of the only New York-based Mortgage Bankers holding FHA/VA/DE/FHA-HECM lending, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, SONYMA and VA Automatic approval status.
