"The network achieved extraordinary successes in 2018," said Ward Morrison, President of Motto Franchising. "The Motto Mortgage brand continues to expand across the country and it's important to acknowledge the leaders and top producers who play active roles in our growth. I sincerely congratulate all of this year's Motto Mortgage award recipients."

Two types of awards are featured in the program: Club Awards and Special Awards. Club Awards honor loan originators and brokerages based on transactions and volume in a given year. Loan Originator Club awards recognize the preparation, effort, performance and commitment required to succeed in the mortgage brokerage business.

Office Club Awards honor the strong leadership that creates an environment in which loan originators are able to achieve high-level results. Office Club Awards are awarded to leaders based upon the total volume of loans originated in their individual offices.

Special Awards celebrate the Motto Mortgage network's elite producers, most dynamic offices and most respected leaders. Special Awards include: The 5-Star Award, the Brand Ambassador Award, Broker Owner of the Year, the Hustle Award, the Operational Excellence Award, the Mission Against Hunger Community Champion Award and Rookie of the Year.
