Planet Home Lending Opens New California Branch

Planet Home Lending has hired Jennifer Folk as senior vice president of national operations and operations support

Planet Home Lending LLC has opened a new branch in Morgan Hill, Calif., to be led by Branch Manager Justin Berteaux; Mortgage Loan Originators Michelle Cockrell, David Hernandez, Tricia Nardone, Dallas Garcia and Kristin Levario; Sales Manager Bobby Saadieh; and Processor Grace Olevetti.
 
"Planet Home Lending is a great fit for South County and Silicon Valley, because we offer all the competitively priced jumbo loans consumers want, as well as 100 percent financing CalFHA loans so popular right now," Berteaux said. "In addition, as national top one percent VA lender, Planet Home Lending has helped many military service members and rural borrowers use their well-deserved home loan benefits to purchase or refinance homes with no money down.”
 
Planet Home Lending Executive Vice President of National Sales Mike Lee said, “The new branch is knowledgeable about the complexities that can affect jumbo borrowers, as well as the challenges that first-time homebuyers face. In Santa Clara and San Benito Counties, we can do conventional and FHA home loans up to $726,525, as well as jumbo home loans up to $3 million at competitive rates with appealing features, like a jumbo no-mortgage insurance option with 10 percent down.”
