Valuation Partners Debuts PropertyRx

Valuation Partners, a national appraisal management company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, has hired Karen Herr as Vice President of its U.S. West region

Valuation Partners is introducing PropertyRx, a new valuation platform designed to enable lenders with a single point of contact for ordering and receiving a suite of valuation products and services.
 
PropertyRx is scheduled to go live on April 1 and will offer such products as property condition assessments, automated valuation models, desktop appraisals and traditional appraisals. PropertyRx will also allow enables lenders, servicers and investors to shape valuation solutions for their specific needs. Access to PropertyRx will be through Valuation Partners' website or any variation of business-to-business direct connections. 
 
"With a contracting market, lenders have a great need for more timely and cost-effective valuations," said Jon Forrester, Vice President of Valuation Services at Toledo, Ohio-based Valuation Partners. "It can also be a challenge for lenders to bring on new partners for different valuation needs, so we built the PropertyRx platform to be an end-to-end enterprise solution for every kind of valuation."
