Waterstone Opens New Texarkana Office

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has named Richard Tobias as controller at its Pewaukee, Wis.-based corporate office

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has announced the opening of a new office in Texarkana, Ark., to be led by Sales Manager Stephan Haynes, who is joined by Loan Originator Lee Hammonds and Loan Partner Ann Ellis. Together, Haynes and Hammonds have more than 30 years of experience in the finance, real estate and mortgage lending industries–all within the local communities they serve.
 
“We are excited to join Waterstone Mortgage, which is known for its unmatched sales support and innovation,” Haynes said. “Our goal is to use our customer service expertise and local real estate knowledge to create a streamlined home loan process for the homebuyers and Realtors in our communities.”
 
Waterstone Mortgage Senior Vice President/National Sales Manager Kevin Allen said, “Our Texarkana team is a valuable addition to our company.
