Greene joins RED from Freddie Mac, where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director of Underwriting and Credit. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President in Multifamily and Senior Healthcare Underwriting at RED Capital Group. He will be based out of the company’s office in Reston, VA., and will be responsible for overseeing all affordable credit and loan underwriting and identifying new business opportunities in the affordable housing space.
