Atlantic Coast Mortgage Names Keith Cross SVP Of Builder Relations

Atlantic Coast Mortgage has named Keith Cross senior vice president of builder relations, adding a longtime new-home sales executive to its leadership team.

Cross will focus on expanding the Fairfax, Virginia-based lender’s relationships with homebuilders and identifying opportunities to collaborate with builder partners. He will also work with Atlantic Coast Mortgage’s loan originators to strengthen their builder resources and business development opportunities, the company announced Monday.

Cross brings more than 20 years of experience spanning new-home sales, real estate, sales leadership, and builder operations. He joins Atlantic Coast Mortgage after more than a decade at Beazer Homes, where he held senior leadership positions in sales and operations.

“Keith brings a valuable combination of builder experience, sales leadership, and a strong commitment to serving both partners and homebuyers,” Atlantic Coast Mortgage President and co-founder Jon Coy said. “His experience will help us build stronger relationships, create more opportunities for our loan officers, and deliver an even better financing experience for builders and their buyers.”

Cross said his new position will center on strengthening connections among builders, loan originators, and homebuyers.
