BSI Financial Adds Three Execs to Its Management Team

BSI Financial Services has announced that Seaside National Bank has chosen its technology to enhance its loan servicing delivery

BSI Financial Services has added three new members to its management team to fill roles that are key to its growth strategy, including Jean-Marc Eichner as senior vice president of loan services, Adam Rider as vice president of accounting, while Natalie Owens as has been promoted to director of business development.
 
Eichner, who has more than 30 years of financial services experience with particular expertise in optimizing the customer experience, will lead a new strategic initiative focused on portfolio retention and building BSI Financial's customer franchise. Educated at the prestigious HEC business school in Paris, France, Eichner has held management positions at Capital One, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America and Citi Mortgage. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer experience for Ocwen Financial.
 
Rider, who has nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry, will be responsible for helping to position BSI Financial for a period of sustained growth and expansion. He served as a finance and accounting senior manager for Ocwen Financial from 2001 to 2014, a period characterized by regulatory challenges and rapid growth for the company. Most recently, he served as vice president of accounting at Nationstar Mortgage.
 
Owens, who has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries, most recently served as assistant vice president in BSI Financial's foreclosure department. Prior to joining BSI in 2016, she managed business relations for Butler & Hosch PA and supervised the special proceedings department for Brice, Vander Linden and Wernick PC.
