Sierra Pacific Mortgage has promoted Jay Promisco to chief production officer, a newly created positionPromisco joined the Folsom, Calif.-based Sierra Pacific Mortgage in 2017 as senior vice president of national retail lending, and was previously senior vice president of retail sales development at Stearns Lending. In his new role, he will be tasked with managing the company’s production and marketing strategies for the retail, wholesale, consumer direct and correspondent divisions.
 
“I am confident in Jay’s leadership and impressed by his performance since joining Sierra Pacific,” said Sierra Pacific’s President and CEO Jim Coffrini. “I believe he will dramatically grow our market share in his new role, increasing our national presence in all Production channels.”
