Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has expanded its footprint in Texas with the opening of their new El Paso location, to be led by Loan Originators Norma Perez and Juergen Angermaier.
 
Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has expanded its footprint in Texas with the opening of their new El Paso location, to be led by Loan Originators Norma Perez and Juergen AngermaierPerez, an El Paso resident since 2001, has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Originally from Germany, Angermaier has lived in the greater El Paso area for 35 years. He graduated with his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso, and has worked in the finance industry for more than seven years.
 
“We’re excited to have Norma and Juergen on board,” said Waterstone Mortgage SVP–National Sales Manager Kevin Allen. “Together, their knowledge of the El Paso area, combined with their mortgage lending experience, will create a valuable resource for local homebuyers who are looking for the best home loan options to meet their needs.”
