Academy Mortgage, headquartered in Draper, Utah, has named James MacPherson as its new CEO.
MacPherson has served as the company’s president since 2016 and will replace Adam Kessler, who will take on the new role of chairman of the board. The company also announced the promotion of Kristi Pickering from senior vice president of process automation to chief operations officer and the appointment of Mike Jensen, the company’s executive vice president of marketing and corporate development, to the board of directors.
“We are intentional in our planning at Academy Mortgage to ensure our company’s sustainable growth at every level,” said MacPherson. “We are fortunate to have strong board members and an A-plus executive leadership team at the helm to lead our company into a bright future.”
