Guaranteed Rate Inc. has teamed with Notarize to launch FlashClose, a new homebuying platformAccording to the companies, FlashClose enables loan officers, real estate professionals and title agents to connect online with buyers and sellers to verify identity, review closing documents and answer questions. Eligible borrowers can use the platform to electronically review, sign and notarize closing documents from any Internet-connected device.
