Impac’s New Correspondent Sales Director to Focus on Non-QM

Falce is returning to the Irvine, Calif.-based company as director of national correspondent salesIn this new job, Falce will oversee the growth and performance of the company’s correspondent lending channel, focusing on the expansion of its bulk and delegated non-QM business.
 
Falce has more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience and previously held executive positions with Cherry Creek Mortgage, JMAC Lending and FGMC. He played a key role in reviving Impac’s correspondent channel in 2012 and served as senior vice president of correspondent and capital markets for the company.
 
“Mike is a natural sales leader with deep connections within the mortgage and banking communities, and has an outstanding track record of developing strong customer relationships,” said Justin Moisio, chief administrative officer of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. “We expect Mike and his team to significantly expand Impac’s non-QM presence within the correspondent lending market. We are excited to have him back on the Impac team.”
