Mortgage Network Inc. has added Chris Lane to its Bluffton, S.C. branch as a loan officer where he will help meet the home financing needs of residents of the Savannah, Ga. market"Chris makes a fantastic addition to our team," said Brian Neumann, branch manager of the Bluffton office. "He has strong connections throughout the coastal region and is very knowledgeable about current market conditions. I know he is more than ready to help area homeowners and buyers make the best financial decisions to accomplish their goals."

A native of Lancaster, S.C., Lane has lived in the Savannah area for the past 12 years and has held various roles with the Buckhead Homeowners Association. He has more than 35 years of experience in consulting, management and finance and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Lane is very active in the tennis communities of Savannah and Hilton Head.

"I'm elated to join the Mortgage Network family," Lane said. "I was already familiar with the company and its superb reputation for customer satisfaction in the area. Now, I'm happy to be part of a team that puts customer service first and focuses on helping so many people find the right mortgage solutions to fit their individual needs. The Savannah and Bluffton communities are both experiencing a brisk housing market with appreciating home values. Now is a great time for homeowners to consider refinancing to a lower rate, or perhaps consolidate debt into one low payment with tax deductible interest. Before making such a decision, though, I highly encourage residents speak to a trusted mortgage professional to discuss the best available options."
