"He has strong connections throughout the coastal region and is very knowledgeable about current market conditions. I know he is more than ready to help area homeowners and buyers make the best financial decisions to accomplish their goals."

A native of Lancaster, S.C., Lane has lived in the Savannah area for the past 12 years and has held various roles with the Buckhead Homeowners Association. Now, I'm happy to be part of a team that puts customer service first and focuses on helping so many people find the right mortgage solutions to fit their individual needs. The Savannah and Bluffton communities are both experiencing a brisk housing market with appreciating home values. Now is a great time for homeowners to consider refinancing to a lower rate, or perhaps consolidate debt into one low payment with tax deductible interest. Before making such a decision, though, I highly encourage residents speak to a trusted mortgage professional to discuss the best available options."
