Chuck Iverson Named EVP at Evergreen Home Loans

Evergreen Home Loans has hired Chuck Iverson as executive vice president of production

Evergreen Home Loans has hired Chuck Iverson as executive vice president of production. He will replace David Floan, who is retiring from the Bellevue, Wash.-based company in July.
 
Evergreen Home Loans has hired Chuck Iverson as executive vice president of productionIverson comes to Evergreen after more than 22 years at Sierra Pacific Mortgage as their production leader, most recently holding the title of executive vice president. He is also a board director for the California Mortgage Bankers Association and chairs the Mortgage Innovators Conference, a technology and innovation conference for mortgage banking professionals.
 
“I’m thrilled to be joining Evergreen,” said Iverson. “The digital closing technology pioneered by Evergreen is highly progressive and they combine that with a high-touch mortgage process.
