United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has produced its first television commercial, which will premiere during Sunday’s Super Bowl broadcast

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has produced its first television commercial, which will premiere during Sunday’s Super Bowl broadcast in select U.S. markets.

The 30-second commercial highlights the company’s FindAMortgageBroker.com Web site and the value that independent mortgage brokers bring to the homebuying process.

The spot launches with a facetious dig at a prominent consumer-facing lender, and then explains why a broker is an invaluable ally for the homebuyer. A montage of Millennial homebuyers is accompanied by narration that defines the broker’s advantage.

“They’re dedicated to getting you a home loan faster and more affordably,” the commercial’s narrator states. “And they’re more than just mortgage experts. They live right in your own neighborhood, so you don’t have to go it alone.”
