Cherry Creek Mortgage Co. has announced the expansion of its products and services to accommodate Spanish-speaking homebuyers.
 
Cherry Creek Mortgage Co. has announced the expansion of its products and services to accommodate Spanish-speaking homebuyersAccording to the Greenwood Village, Colo.-based lender, this endeavor includes Spanish versions of its online mortgage application, customer portal, in-process communication, disclosure and closing documents and educational materials. The company is also making Spanish-speaking loan officers available to assist customers.
 
"We are committed to creating an inclusive mortgage experience, so supporting Spanish-speaking customers on their home ownership journey is an exciting milestone for us," said David Arnett, vice president of marketing and communications. "Homeownership has the power to connect and create communities, and we believe that the loan process should be simple and accessible for every customer."
 
According to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, Hispanic homeownership grew for the fifth consecutive year during 2019.
