Jake Carlisle Tapped to Lead Gateway First’s Pacific Northwest Region

Gateway First Bank has promoted Jake Carlisle to the role of regional vice president of the Pacific Northwest, overseeing all Gateway offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.

“Jake is a five-star mortgage professional with the ability to embrace change and constantly improve his craft,” said Stephen Curry, chairman and chief executive officer of Gateway. “His motivation to serve others on a daily basis has been a key contributor to the thriving culture here at Gateway. Carlisle’s experience in the mortgage industry stretches back to 2002 before joining the Gateway team in 2016 as an area manager in Vancouver, Wash. During his time at Gateway, he has successfully led expansion efforts into new markets with high operational efficiency while cultivating deep relationships across the organization.

“My calling is to revolutionize the mortgage banking industry by connecting with and bringing significant value to everyone I encounter.
