Landtrust Title Services Adds Carmen Carbonara as Director of Sales

Landtrust Title Services has named Carmen Carbonara director of sales for residential services. Carbonara has 13 years of experience in the residential title insurance industry, most recently, serving as a business development officer for Stewart Title Company, where she closed a high volume of transactions over the past year.

“Carmen is the latest in a series of seasoned professionals we’ve recently brought on to support the long-term growth of Landtrust Title,” said Warren Habib, president of Landtrust Title. “Consumers have come to appreciate her high-level experience and first-class service as well as her passion for customer satisfaction–and we’re confident her talents will take our firm to the next level.”

Carbonara is a board member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and past member of the board of directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Inducted into the President’s Club at Stewart Title for sales excellence, she is also a current member of several real estate associations.
