WFG National Title Insurance Company Expands in Colorado
WFG National Title Insurance Company, a Williston Financial Group (WFG) company, has expanded its footprint in Colorado by acquiring access to title plant records in 11 counties that comprise 85 to 90 percent of all the state’s property transactions, allowing the company to deliver title reports with greater speed and efficiency. WFG National Title also acquired a title office in Colorado Springs, marking the company’s entrance into the housing market of Colorado’s second largest city.
“We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint and our reach in the Colorado market,” said Anne-Marie Kuhlman, president of WFG National Title’s Colorado Division. “Our new branch is a fantastic opportunity to serve business partners and consumers in the red-hot Colorado Springs housing market, where values have been increasing steadily over the past several years.”
Rob Sherman, WFG National Title Insurance Company’s senior vice president and regional director, said: “Within a year-and-a-half after entering Colorado, WFG National Title is poised for significant growth in the Rocky Mountain State. In addition to expanding our footprint and access to title plant data across most of the state, this move will also enable us to grow our commercial title business and assist commercial transactions in a more robust manner.”
