New Homebridge Offering Caters To Frontline Responders

May 28, 2020
Homebridge Financial Services added a new branch in the Fort Worth, Texas suburb of Aledo to be led by Sales Manager Shonn Cournyer, a 20-year industry veteran

Homebridge Financial Services Inc. launched Welcoming Frontline Responders Home, a mortgage assistance program that will eliminate all Homebridge lender fees, and provides these customers with a gift card after closing, for home purchase loans made through Homebridge through Dec. 31, 2020.

Homebridge is offering their program to nurses, doctors, paramedics, police and firefighters seeking to buy a home in any of the 49 states Homebridge is licensed, as well as Washington, D.C.

"Many frontline emergency workers have not been able to take advantage of recent rate fluctuations because they have been too busy working hard to keep us safe and healthy. Homebridge developed the Welcoming Frontline Responders Home program as a way to show our gratitude to frontline workers so that they can pursue their own dreams of homeownership on their own schedule, whether it be later this summer, or later this year," said Rick Floyd, executive vice president at Homebridge.
