Timothy Harder is now the national reverse marketing specialist for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Harder will also work with Fairway's operations, marketing and sales teams to update the workflow processes and expand growth throughout the organization, according to Reverse Mortgage Daily
 
Timothy Harder is now the national reverse marketing specialist for Fairway Independent Mortgage CorporationHarder's career spans over 18 years in the reverse mortgage industry. He previously worked for Mountain Pacific Mortgage in the national business development department and most recently, held the position of vice president business development and reverse mortgage specialist for Cherry Creek's 1st Reverse Mortgage USA division.
 
Fairway currently holds the seventh position on the list of top 10 reverse mortgage lenders, according to data from Reverse Mortgage Insight. The company recorded 1,422 endorsements in a 12-month period ending in May 2020.
