Gateway Mortgage, a division of Gateway First Bank will use Clarifire as its loss mitigation platform. The company plans to adapt its automation capabilities to reduce manual processes and increase the efficiency of its servicing operations.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause loss mitigation demands for Gateway. Clarifire is being brought in to control the additional volume and velocity intake. Additionally, Gateway hopes that Clarifire will also mitigate risks and improve responsiveness.

"This is a very difficult time for many of our customers, and we want to be proactive in providing solutions to help them as they work to get back on solid financial ground," said Scott Gesell, CEO of Gateway.

"As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, more mortgage servicers are thinking outside the box when it comes to their technology," added Clarifire CEO Jane Mason.
