Mortech, a Zillow Group business that provides technology solutions for mortgage professionals is now integrated with FreeRateUpdate.com, a mortgage rate marketplace that showcases available mortgage offers from the top lenders in the industry. The new integration allows FreeRateUpdate.com. to use Mortech's product and pricing engine to give lenders advertising on the platform to share products and rates in real-time, according to a press release.

"This newest integration gives lenders the power to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced mortgage marketplace, with the ability to push their live mortgage offers out to multiple platforms like FreeRateUpdate.com," said Doug Foral, general manager at Mortech. "We’re focused on building technology and products that ultimately help simplify the digital mortgage experience for homebuyers, while also making it easier for lenders to grow their business."

Lenders and borrowers will both be able to benefit from the integration as lenders will be able to extend their marketing reach and borrowers will be able to access precise, real-time rates and products.

"Integrating with Mortech allows us to offer a better experience by providing live, accurate mortgage offers and empowering the consumer to complete more of the shopping process themselves without the extra time spent back-and-forth on the phone and email," said Ed Ferrara, chairman at FreeRateUpdate.com.
