FormFree promoted Cindy Snow as the company's chief operating officer. She will be responsible for crafting systems that increase FormFree's performance, while overseeing business operations, product management, business intelligence, integrations and customer support, according to a press release.
Snow joined FormFree as a product manager in May 2019, quickly making her way to the role of director of product. Under her initiatives, the company saw significant growth in user adoption as the organization rounded out 2019 with a 65% increase in AccountChek verification reports over the previous year. '
