Intercap Lending signed an agreement with Black Knight, Inc. to use the company's suite of servicing solutions including the MSP servicing system, in hopes to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk and enhance its customer service.

"At Intercap Lending, we value our clients and our mission to make every step of the mortgage process a positive one, by either developing or using the best tools in the industry," said Clayton Anderson, chief technology officer, Intercap Lending. "We are confident the MSP system is the best servicing platform to support our customers, and the additional integrated solutions we will be using from Black Knight will only strengthen those relationships and help us operate more effectively."

Intercap will use Black Knight's MSP software for first mortgages, however, the MSP software also supports home equity loans and lines of credit, according to a press release. Additionally, Intercap will use Black Knight's Servicing Digital solution that gives customers the ability to perform tasks and view information related to their mortgages. It also provides continual engagement between servicers and their customers.

According to the release, Intercap will use Black Knight's Actionable Intelligence Platform to gain more insight into its operational performance.
