Total Expert Launches Tech To Support Wholesale Mortgage Channel

Housing experts say in concert that mortgage and real estate fields are going to be BIG HITS this year.

Total Expert launched its Total Expert for Wholesale, technology dedicated to helping mortgage lenders who are adding or growing market share in the wholesale channel, according to a press release.

"With wholesale market share growing 40% in the last five years, lenders can now diversify into this channel faster with Total Expert," said Total Expert founder and CEO Joe Welu. "Wholesale lenders use Total Expert to build stickier broker partnerships, empower brokers to close more loans, and foster customer relationships that last a lifetime."

"Brokers and the wholesalers who power them now serve almost 15% of U.S. mortgage customers,” added Welu.

Total Expert's new tech will be dedicated to helping brokers grow market share through data and marketing automation, provide them with lender-branded tools, strengthen broker relationships, close more loans and help ensure compliance through regulatory-approved marketing materials and campaigns.
