Naomi Hart will lead marketing performance management with an emphasis on growth.
Retirement solutions company, Finance of America Reverse LLC, hired Naomi Hart as senior director of marketing Intelligence and will focus on further enhancing its digital consumer engagement and reaching new audiences. Hart is based in San Francisco and will report to Ashley Honoré Smith, head of marketing and communications.
According to FAR, Hart’s knowledge in strategic marketing and analytics will take a macro approach to help Americans address the challenges they are facing in finding solutions most suitable for their circumstances.
“FAR exists to help people live their fullest in retirement by harnessing their greatest asset, their home. The addition of Naomi to our team underscores this purpose as she takes on key drivers of bringing the strategic vision to life—research insights and marketing performance,” said Smith. “She brings a wealth of digital experience and a deep understanding of how people think about aging and longevity challenges and opportunities, so Naomi is a perfect fit for FAR and our mission. I am thrilled to have her here.”
Through her previous work with the National Council on Aging (NCOA), Hart has applied predictive data to create comprehensive programs that enhance how Americans understand aging and longevity, as well as providing improved access to services and information. Prior to NCOA, she worked at The World Bank as a consultant in knowledge management, as well as at NASA with a fellowship grant working at the Ames Research Center.
At FAR, Hart will lead marketing performance management with an emphasis on growth to help Americans looking for retirement solutions.
“FAR is more than reverse mortgages,” said Hart. “I see us as part of an emerging social enterprise with the idea that both economic and societal transformation is tied to doing well by doing good for people. Equity products will be a tool in the toolkit we use to build something that has the agility to address both the immediate and future needs of our potential clients.
