Boris Baril Resigns As CFO From Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corp.

Sandy Poklar has been appointed as interim CFO

Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation announced that Boris Baril has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Sandy Poklar has been appointed as interim CFO until such time as the Corporation finds a permanent replacement. 

Firm Capital Corporation is a non-bank lender providing residential and commercial short-term bridge and conventional real estate financing, including construction, mezzanine and equity investments.
