Non-QM lender touts move as part of expansion effort

The Hollywood, Florida-based A&D Mortgage has relocated its offices to Fort Lauderdale.

One of the top Non-QM lenders, A&D announced the relocation of its headquarters to 899 W. Cypress Creek Rd. as part of an expansion meeting the needs of its growing network of 6,000-plus broker-partners.

"This move is a reflection of our continued growth and success over the past two decades," CEO Max Slyusarchuk said in a press release. "We’re excited to establish our new headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, which not only gives us room to grow but also supports our commitment to providing top-tier service to our partners and clients."

Added Slyusarchuk, “The relocation to Fort Lauderdale also positions A&D Mortgage in one of the most desirable areas for professionals seeking both career advancement and a high quality of life. As South Florida continues to grow as a hub for financial services and innovation, the new headquarters offers the perfect backdrop to attract top-tier talent."
