Argyle Promotes Hardesty To CRO, Esquibel To Mortgage VP
John Hardesty and Daniel Esquibel take on broader roles amid growth across the verification provider’s markets
Argyle has promoted John Hardesty to chief revenue officer and Daniel Esquibel to vice president of mortgage, expanding the responsibilities of two longtime company leaders.
Esquibel, previously Argyle’s director of strategic sales and partnerships, will oversee the company’s mortgage business, including sales, strategy, and partnerships.
“I’ve seen firsthand how much opportunity lenders unlock when verification becomes easier, faster, and more affordable,” Esquibel said. “As vice president of mortgage, my priority will be helping more lenders lower costs, improve the borrower experience, and drive stronger lending outcomes through consumer-permissioned verification.”
Hardesty will lead Argyle’s sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer-success operations as chief revenue officer. He previously served as senior vice president of revenue, overseeing revenue strategy and execution for mortgage sales and partnerships.
The appointments come after Argyle reported more than 160% year-over-year growth in its mortgage business. The company did not disclose the period covered by that comparison or provide underlying revenue figures.
“John and Daniel have earned the trust of our customers, partners, and teammates through their leadership and the results they’ve delivered,” Argyle founder and CEO Shmulik Fishman said.
Argyle provides consumer-permissioned income, employment, and asset verification through payroll and bank connections. It is an authorized supplier for Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter validation service and an approved service provider supporting Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor asset and income modeler.
