Better Home & Finance Holding Company, an AI‑native home finance platform, has named Loveen Advani as its new chief financial officer. Advani steps into the CFO role as Better enters its next phase of strategic growth and operational scaling. He succeeds the company’s previous finance leadership and will serve as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.

Advani brings extensive strategic finance and capital markets experience to Better. He most recently served as executive vice president of finance at Zeta Global, an AI‑powered, omnichannel marketing technology company, where he led the company through its initial public offering (IPO) and helped implement multi‑year financial and operating plans that significantly grew revenue and adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) over six years.
Before Zeta Global, Advani was senior vice president of financial planning and analysis and investments at LivePerson, where he oversaw global financial operations. His earlier roles include head of corporate development at Inovalon, and finance positions at Aetna and IBM.
In his new role, Advani said he looks forward to supporting Better’s mission of driving disciplined execution, enhancing financial performance, and creating shareholder value as the company continues to leverage its AI‑driven platform to simplify and accelerate homeownership.
