Button Finance Adds Three Industry Veterans To Support Correspondent, Non-QM Growth
New hires from Onslow Bay Financial, Better Mortgage, and Sharestates join sales and operations teams
Button Finance has added three mortgage industry veterans to its sales and operations teams as the company continues expanding its correspondent, home equity, and Non-QM lending businesses.
The New York-based lender and investor announced the appointments of Bill Twombly as Head of Fully Delegated Operations, Jenine Fitter as Vice President of Client Relations, and Patrick Kandianis as Vice President of Business Development.
According to Button Finance, the hires support growth the company has achieved over the past 12 months, including the expansion of its delegated and non-delegated correspondent programs, wholesale home equity platform, and first-lien Non-QM offerings.
“Adding such talented and proven leaders to the Button Finance team positions us to extend the rapid growth we’ve seen in 2026 and to serve our existing and new partners with the highest level of service possible,” said Jason Harris, CEO of Button Finance.
Twombly brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience spanning credit and risk mitigation, operations, and support for trade and sales desks. Twombly spent the past six years at Onslow Bay Financial, where he played an integral role in the buildout, launch, and growth of the company's fully delegated correspondent platform.
Fitter joins the company with experience in mortgage finance, whole-loan sales, capital markets, credit and risk management, securitization, and institutional business development. Her previous roles included positions at Fitch Ratings, New Century Mortgage, Clayton, and Digital Risk. Most recently, she helped expand the institutional investor base at Sharestates, a lender focused on DSCR and residential transition loans. At Button Finance, she will lead correspondent lender sales efforts and help strengthen relationships across the company's partner network.
Kandianis most recently served as Head of Business Development at Better Mortgage, where he led partnership initiatives. Before that, he led partnership sales at Figure Lending. Button Finance said he helped drive growth in the company's wholesale and private-label programs, contributing to more than $12 billion in loan volume.
