Certainty Home Lending Adds Troy Williamson To Lead Wilmington Team

Certainty Home Lending has named Troy Williamson senior vice president of mortgage lending and producing sales manager, adding a veteran originator to lead its Wilmington, North Carolina mortgage team.

Williamson brings more than 20 years of origination experience in the Wilmington market, serving first-time buyers, repeat purchasers, and refinance borrowers. He previously worked for Cornerstone Home Lending.

In his new role, Williamson will continue originating loans while overseeing Certainty’s Wilmington team. His appointment expands the lender’s sales presence in North Carolina.

The hire follows Certainty’s appointment of Bryan Ingenito as executive vice president and national operations executive earlier in August. Ingenito was brought in to oversee national fulfillment and strengthen coordination between the lender’s sales and operations teams.
