Hartung to lead Mid-Atlantic division during key expansion period

Select Lending Services has named Christian Hartung as its new Divisional Sales Executive for the Mid-Atlantic region, the company announced.

Hartung, a 20-year mortgage industry veteran, steps into the role with a reputation for hands-on leadership and a strong focus on team development. He joins Select Lending Services — a joint venture between CMG Financial, the nation’s sixth top-producing retail lender, and Peerage Capital, a North American private investment firm — at a time when the company is expanding its footprint in the DMV area.

"We are thrilled to welcome Christian Hartung as the leader of Select Lending Services Mid Atlantic Division," said Chris Harris, Executive Vice President at CMG Financial. "His industry experience and track record immediately stood out to us, but what truly sets him apart is his infectious character and strong leadership. His dedication is evidenced by his team's loyalty and his glowing reviews. He is the perfect person to continue Select Lending Services' growth in the DMV area."

In his new position, Hartung will oversee business development, customer engagement strategies, and operational management across the region. The company emphasized that his leadership will be central to strengthening Select Lending Services' reputation as a trusted provider of mortgage solutions.

"I am thrilled to join Select Lending Services as a Divisional Sales Executive," Hartung said. "I was drawn to their innovative technology platforms, commitment to exceptional customer experiences, and proprietary loan programs like the All In One Loan™. As a leader in the industry, their cutting-edge solutions empower clients to achieve their homeownership dreams more efficiently."

The appointment marks a strategic move for Select Lending Services as it sharpens its focus on personalized lending experiences and regional growth during a competitive period for the housing market.
