Class Valuation has named Chris Flynn chief operating officer, elevating the former chief data officer to oversee enterprise operations, product development, and automation

Class Valuation, a nationwide real estate appraisal management company (AMC), has announced the appointment of Chris Flynn as its new chief operating officer. Flynn, who previously served as Class Valuation’s chief data officer, will now lead enterprise operations, service delivery, product development, and the company’s data and automation initiatives as part of its strategic expansion.

Flynn joined Class Valuation in April 2025, and has played a key role in advancing the firm’s operational and product platforms, focusing on strengthening valuation accuracy, process speed, and transparency for clients. His elevation to COO underscores the company’s emphasis on harmonizing technology with operational execution to meet growing market demands.

In his expanded role, Flynn will oversee cross-functional teams and guide implementation of the company’s enterprise priorities, including ongoing automation of key processes and enhancement of service delivery frameworks. His leadership is expected to support Class Valuation’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence in a rapidly evolving mortgage and real estate services landscape.

“Chris brings a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and operational leadership,” said John Fraas, CEO of Class Valuation. “His ability to connect data strategy with real operational outcomes has helped us move faster, operate smarter, and deliver more value to our clients.”

Flynn brings more than two decades of experience spanning operations, product strategy, and analytics across real estate, fintech, and technology sectors, including senior leadership roles at First American Data & Analytics, CoreLogic (Cotality), and Black Knight (ICE Mortgage Technology).

“Class Valuation has a strong mission and a clear opportunity to lead the industry forward,” Flynn said. “I’m excited to step into this role and collaborate with our teams to drive our business forward through a focus on innovation and operational excellence, which will help our clients navigate a rapidly evolving market.”
