Click N’ Close Names Delores Lopez Chief Operating Officer
Lopez brings experience across correspondent, wholesale, and risk management as lender expands platform and operational efficiency
Click N’ Close appointed Delores Lopez as chief operating officer, effective April 6. Lopez will oversee operations, lead scalable growth initiatives, and implement operational strategy across the organization, reporting to company President Ian Kimball. This appointment aims to scale operations and support continued growth across the company’s national platform.
For MLOs, this hire reflects a broader industry focus on improving efficiency and streamlining the loan lifecycle in a competitive market. Lopez brings experience in building and managing correspondent operations and overseeing end-to-end mortgage processes. These areas directly impact turn times, approvals, and the ability for loan officers to close deals more efficiently.
“I’m pleased to welcome Delores to Click n’ Close,” Kimball said, citing her operational expertise and leadership across multiple functions as the company works to strengthen its platform and improve efficiency for partners and borrowers.
Lopez most recently served as executive vice president of mortgage operations at Titan Bank, where she helped build and scale the bank’s correspondent channel and managed operations across the loan lifecycle.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than 10 years at Supreme Lending, including as Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, focusing on risk management, quality, and compliance practices. She also held roles in secondary marketing at Benchmark Mortgage, ViewPoint Bankers Mortgage, and Concorde Acceptance.
Company leadership stated that Lopez’s experience will support Click n’ Close as it continues to expand its footprint across multiple origination channels while building on its down payment assistance programs and One-Time Close construction lending offerings.
Click n’ Close, a multi-state lender founded in 1940, serves borrowers and loan originators through wholesale, correspondent, and retail channels. The company maintains direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
