CommLoan Launches AI-Powered Lender Matching Tool For CRE Mortgage Brokers

Multifamily lending Leads CRE Finance Rebound

New platform analyzes deals against more than 600,000 loan programs and 1,000 lenders in under a minute

CommLoan has launched a new AI-powered quote generator designed to help commercial real estate mortgage brokers match deals with lenders in real time.

The platform allows brokers to upload an offering memorandum or manually enter deal details to receive a ranked list of lender matches in less than a minute. CommLoan said the tool analyzes more than 600,000 active loan programs across over 1,000 lenders covering 75 property types nationwide.

The system reads lender credit boxes in real time and matches deals based on current lending criteria rather than static spreadsheets or manually maintained broker databases.

“The CRE mortgage brokerage community has been working with the same manual processes for a century. We built CommLoan to change that,” said Mitch Ginsberg. “Our infrastructure gives any broker access to real-time lender intelligence that would have taken days to compile on their own.”

Commercial mortgage brokerage has historically remained far more relationship-driven and manually intensive than residential mortgage origination, where pricing engines, automated underwriting systems and AI-powered workflow tools have become increasingly common.

The launch also reflects a broader shift taking place across mortgage finance as technology providers increasingly focus on using AI to reduce time spent on lender matching, pricing analysis, underwriting preparation, and document processing.

CommLoan said brokers often spend days contacting lenders individually and compiling quotes manually before presenting financing options to borrowers. The new system is designed to streamline that process and help brokers compete more effectively for referral and listing-agent relationships.

The AI quote generator was built using proprietary lending data and an AI-driven underwriting and document-processing pipeline. CommLoan said each transaction analyzed through the platform helps improve future match quality and recommendation accuracy over time. The tool is available immediately through the company’s platform.
