Kathryn Pedersen, Yampa Valley's top-rated mortgage broker, joined CrossCountry Mortgage as the originating branch manager for its office located in the Fox Creek Business Park, 169 Hilltop Parkway, Suite 206B, in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Kathryn Pedersen has served the needs of Yampa Valley borrowers for more than two decades and ranked among the top 1% of U.S. mortgage originators for five consecutive years. Additionally, she has been voted “Best of the Boat” mortgage lender in each of the past nine years by readers of The Steamboat Pilot and Today. Prior to joining CrossCountry Mortgage, Pedersen was with Bay Equity Home Loans.

Pedersen was also featured on nmpTV's Mortgage Leadership Outlook, where she shared some of the best practices she uses to stay successful and more.
