Deephaven Names Two Regional Sales VPs Of Wholesale

Non-QM lender Deephaven Mortgage named Sunny Thiara and Luke Turner as regional sales vice presidents of wholesale.

Both Thiara and will be tasked with leading and mentoring Deephaven’s account executive teams, who will support the wholesale channel in building their non-agency business.

“Sunny and Luke share Deephaven’s commitment to accelerating mortgage brokers’ growth by empowering them with creative new non-QM loans. They have a track record of innovation and leadership that will energize our partners, our people and the marketplace,” said John Keratsis, president and CEO.

Thiara is based in San Francisco and was most recently, senior vice president of Land Home Financial Services, Inc.

Previously a branch manager with Veterans United Home Loans, Turner is a former Marine who was deployed several times during his 12-year military career. He also served as logistics chief and operations chief with the U.S. Marine Corps.
