Non-QM wholesale and non-delegated correspondent lender bolsters its sales team with the addition of seasoned Account Executives Ryan Lombarde, Jimmy Hendrickson, Michael Nguyen, and Jeffrey Ly

Foundation Mortgage has added four new account executives — Ryan Lombarde, Jimmy Hendrickson, Michael Nguyen, and Jeffrey Ly — to its rapidly growing sales team. Each AE brings a blend of experience, energy, and client-first focus that will strengthen Foundation Mortgage’s position as one of the nation’s leading Non-QM lenders.

“Growth is only meaningful when it’s backed by great people,” said Marc Halpern, CEO of Foundation Mortgage. “Ryan, Jimmy, Michael, and Jeffrey each bring the kind of drive, professionalism, and common-sense approach to lending that defines who we are as a company. Expanding our account executive team allows us to reach more brokers nationwide and continue delivering the responsive, relationship-based service we’re known for.”

Lombarde joins Foundation Mortgage from theLender in Lake Forest, California, where he cultivated broker relationships, managed pipelines, and ensured compliance excellence throughout the loan process. His background in team leadership and client satisfaction will make him a key contributor to Foundation’s continued growth on the West Coast.

Hendrickson brings extensive experience in wholesale mortgage lending and business development. Known for his consultative approach and strong industry network, he has built a reputation for helping brokers identify the right lending solutions to grow their business.

Nguyen, also formerly with theLender, comes with a proven record of operational precision and customer service excellence. His professional background spans multiple industries, from mortgage lending to healthcare and aviation — experience that has honed his communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.

Ly also comes to Foundation Mortgage from theLender, where he managed a pipeline of more than 100 active broker accounts, providing real-time scenario structuring, pricing support, and Non-QM product guidance. With a background at Anduril Industries, Kajabi, and Weedmaps, Ly brings a tech-driven, customer-focused approach to relationship management that aligns perfectly with Foundation’s broker-first mission.

The addition of Foundation’s four new AEs comes on the heels of news of the company’s recent addition of Samuel Bjelac as senior vice president, national sales, TPO, bolstering the company’s leadership team and expanding its national wholesale lending presence. Bjelac brings more than two decades of experience to his new role, leading top-performing third-party origination (TPO) and wholesale sales teams at some of the industry’s most respected mortgage institutions, including LendingOne, Sprout Mortgage, Flagstar Bank, and CoreVest Finance.
