ICE Launches MSP Upgrade To Boost Servicing Efficiency
ICE Mortgage Technology’s redesigned MSP platform introduces a modern interface and expanded automation to help servicers streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance borrower engagement
ICE Mortgage Technology has rolled out a redesigned user experience for its MSP servicing system, a move aimed at helping mortgage bankers improve servicing efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and scale operations more effectively.
The upgrade marks a major step in ICE’s ongoing modernization of MSP, one of the mortgage industry’s most widely used loan servicing platforms. The updated interface is designed to streamline navigation, improve data accessibility, and simplify daily servicing workflows for servicing teams managing large and complex portfolios.
“This new UX is a foundational step in modernizing MSP,” said Bob Hart, president of ICE Mortgage Technology. “Phase one is not just about improving platform navigability; it is already allowing us to roll out second-phase enhanced automation and AI-driven productivity agents that reduce manual effort and help servicers scale more efficiently.”
For mortgage bankers that retain servicing or operate servicing-released execution strategies tied to portfolio performance, operational efficiency is critical. ICE said the new user experience allows servicing personnel to access loan information faster, execute tasks with fewer steps, and improve workflow consistency — helping reduce operational bottlenecks and servicing costs.
The updated platform also lays the groundwork for expanded automation capabilities, including workflow automation tools and productivity-enhancing features that can reduce reliance on manual processes. These enhancements are intended to help servicing teams manage rising loan volumes, while maintaining compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
“We are deeply focused on delivering tangible ROI for our customers through continuous innovation,” Hart added. “MSP is already the most comprehensive mortgage servicing system on the market, and these enhancements not only support our customers today, but lay the groundwork for greater interoperability and faster feature development in the future.”
By reducing manual intervention and improving workflow visibility, the new system is expected to help servicing organizations improve productivity, manage risk more effectively, and maintain servicing profitability in a competitive and evolving mortgage environment.
