Logan Finance has appointed industry veteran Jeffrey Massotti as SVP of TPO for the East/Central Region to drive broker growth and expand its nationwide Non-QM platform

Logan Finance Corporation has named Jeffrey Massotti senior vice president of TPO for the East/Central Region, effective immediately, further strengthening the lender’s wholesale leadership as it expands its Non-QM footprint nationwide.

Based in the Central and Eastern U.S., Massotti will oversee Logan Finance’s wholesale sales organization across both regions, with responsibility for broker development, market expansion, and production growth. The appointment comes as Logan continues to scale its platform and product offerings to meet rising broker demand for flexible Non-QM solutions.

In his new role, Massotti will work closely with sales, leadership, and operations teams to support broker development, expand Logan’s market presence, and drive sustainable volume growth. His focus on proactive communication, pipeline discipline, and long-term relationship building is expected to further reinforce Logan Finance’s performance-driven, team-first culture.

Massotti’s arrival follows the recent launch of Logan’s Open Road product series, which includes seven specialized Non-QM mortgage solutions designed to serve borrowers who fall outside traditional agency guidelines. Company leaders say his regional oversight will play a key role in deepening broker relationships and accelerating adoption of these offerings across key markets.

“What drew me to Logan was the culture,” Massotti said. “This is a team that communicates proactively, takes ownership, and delivers results. I’m looking forward to building on that foundation and expanding our presence with brokers who are ready to win in the Non-QM space.”

Massotti brings extensive experience in mortgage sales leadership, broker relationship management, and Non-QM lending. Most recently, he served at Carrington Wholesale, where he was recognized for building high-performing sales teams, strengthening broker partnerships, and driving consistent production in competitive markets.

Don Pace, CEO of Logan Finance, said Massotti’s leadership style aligns closely with the company’s growth strategy.

“Brokers deserve partners who show up, communicate clearly, and deliver what they promise, and Jeffrey has built his career doing exactly that,” Pace added. “Logan is growing fast, and Jeffrey is going to help us grow even faster.”
