LERETA Adds Wells Fargo Exec To Board
Kristy Fercho, SEVP, head of financial inclusion and opportunity at Wells Fargo, joins the board of directors for property tax data and flood hazard info specialists
LERETA, a provider of real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers, has appointed Kristy Fercho to its board of directors.
Fercho brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across financial services, mortgage banking, and corporate governance to her new role. She currently serves as SEVP, Head of Financial Inclusion and Opportunity at Wells Fargo, where she promotes access to financial solutions.

Fercho previously led Wells Fargo’s Home Lending division, overseeing $205 billion in originations and managing a team of over 28,000 employees. She joined Wells from Flagstar Bank where she served as president of mortgage lending, and held executive roles at Fannie Mae, where she drove strategic transformation, risk management, and customer experience initiatives.
Fercho has served on numerous boards, including as Chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association, and with the National Urban League, MBA Opens Doors Foundation, Habitat for Humanity Chicago, and Saint Joseph’s University. She is widely recognized for her commitment to inclusive leadership, strategic growth, and community impact.
