Mortgage Cadence Names Joe Zeibert Chief Revenue Officer To Drive Growth, Customer Alignment
Veteran fintech and banking executive steps in as company pushes deeper into AI, automation, and platform expansion
Mortgage Cadence has appointed Joe Zeibert as its new chief revenue officer, the company announced, as it looks to strengthen alignment across sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy.
Zeibert joins with more than 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, and mortgage technology, including leadership roles at Anchor Loans, FICO, Nomis Solutions, Ally Financial, and Bank of America.
His appointment comes as Mortgage Cadence enters a new phase under PartnerOne, which recently completed its acquisition of the company from Accenture.
The ownership transition follows a broader leadership shift, with co-founder Michael Detwiler returning as chief executive officer after the acquisition.
“What makes Joe’s addition especially meaningful is his rare blend of deep technology expertise and authentic lender perspective,” Detwiler said. “He understands that growth doesn’t come from selling more, it comes from serving customers better.”
In his new role, Zeibert will work across sales, customer success, and delivery teams to build new relationships, expand existing partnerships, and help ensure customers continue to see value from their investment in the Mortgage Cadence Platform.
The company said Zeibert will also support the continued development of its platform and broader ecosystem, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and “human-in-the-loop” artificial intelligence capabilities.
“From my experience working through the financial crisis, I witnessed both the strengths and shortcomings of the mortgage industry,” Zeibert said. “My goal is to create greater efficiency for lenders while ultimately improving outcomes for consumers.”
Mortgage Cadence said Zeibert’s role will center on strengthening customer relationships while aligning growth initiatives with the company’s service and innovation strategy.
